Returns Policy

At Wellux, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
As our products are personal wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@welluxwellbeing.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the fault.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive your RAN and instructions on how to return the item. Please package your item securely, we recommend you use a tracked postal service if possible, to ensure safe return.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging unless they are confirmed to be faulty.

Replacements and Refunds

If your item is found to be faulty, we will first offer a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available or cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
